Our Story

Full Spectrum Cleaning was founded in 2021 as a way to provide inclusive employment opportunities to individuals that may not otherwise be given an opportunity to showcase their talents.

After two years of ideas, planning, working with the Autism Society of North Carolina, reworking the plan and planning some more, Full Spectrum Cleaning was born.

The company was created to provide our clients with a best-in-class cleaning experience while fostering an inclusive work environment for individuals with differing capabilities.

Specifically, the company has a goal of staffing 50% of each cleaning crew with individuals on the autism spectrum.

We strongly believe our clients will benefit from the strengths and different perspective these individuals bring to the job.

Through its partnership with the Autism Society of North Carolina, Full Spectrum Cleaning has established a goal of becoming the largest employer of autistic adults in North Carolina by 2025.
