Full Spectrum Cleaning is an eco-friendly home cleaning service. We’re a small, close-knit team cleaning for families throughout the Triangle area. Everyone on our team is honest, hardworking, and easy to get along with. We keep work simple: show up every day, work hard, and get a little bit better than we were yesterday — no drama.
We are cleaning for a cause – to provide an inclusive work environment for neurodiverse individuals. Our goal is for half of our team members to be individuals on the autism spectrum. Part of our training program includes working with the Autism Society of North Carolina job coaches to train every member of the team to work together.
We work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. No nights, no weekends, rarely will we work overtime. Go enjoy your life!
We pay well. In fact, we pay better than most cleaning businesses in the area, and offer regular raises. 100% of tips go to the team. We pay weekly via direct deposit.
We care about our team, and that means not overworking anyone. We work in teams of 3-4 cleaners per house. Most cleans take about 90 minutes to 2 hours. We aim to clean 4-5 houses per team each day.
Don’t get us wrong, THIS IS A HARD JOB. Cancel your gym membership now, because you’ll be tired every day. If you don’t have the hustle or physical stamina to bend, crouch, kneel, lift, and lug for up to 8 hours a day, this isn’t the job for you.
Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We have a thorough training program. If you have the hustle and the right attitude, we’ll turn you into a pro cleaner!
